Shannon and Navi: Comparison ref

I mostly made this for me because when I draw in my cartoon-y style, those two look so much alike :/
Additionally, it's the personalities and backgrounds that I am most afraid are going to turn similar, so this is more of a personal ref that makes me more comfortable in distinguishing the two.

Things to consider/might be hard to read in this ref.
-Both girls have dark brown/black ish hair.
-Shannon is 1/2 Japanese with green eyes. Navi is 1/4 Korean with grey eyes.
-Shannon's hair is so long that she can almost sit on it. Navi's hair is so short it can barely make a ponytail
-Shannon is a cat bangie. Navi is a human
-Shannon's eyebrows are thicker than Navi's
-Shannon tends to style her hair in either a long ponytail or a chopstick bun. Yes, I am aware Japanese people don't use chopstick buns, but it's her sign of rebellion from her parents. It's rather passive-aggressive, but that doesn't mean that she can be assertive too.
-Shannon's hair is layered.
-Shannon has long side bangs. Navi just has a simple hairline with a faint notice of bang.
-Didn't mention this, but Navi wears tinted prescription glasses in harsh sunlight. The tint is a black to light-grey gradient.
